DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!
Terrible service and extremely expensive from Garage Door Repairs. They also operating as UNIVERSAL SECURITY and SA GARAGE DOOR & ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS. I was completely overcharged for the work done, was extremely unprofessional as they take advantage of your situation. Then when you try to confront them, they dodge calls and make false promises. Imagine what the aftersales is going to be like if any. Terrible!

19 Sept 2023, 11:19This client tried to **** his insurance to pay him out and wanted our office lady to lie on her damage report in order for him to get paid out. The client was also not forced to pay the amount quoted - he requested a line item breakdown which our office supp****. He then said it is no use to him anymore since his insurance declined his claim. This is the reason that has put our company on Hello Peter. He calls us ******** but we supp**** him everything he wanted - he is the one wanted to **** his insurance company.

My insurance wanted the breakdown since they picked up that the price you charged us for the services rendered were double the going rates.
Because you took time to supply the breakdown they called your office and were told that no repairs were done. When you sent the breakdown after 5 days it stated repairs were done but it was already too late as my insurance rejected the claim based on what was said by your office.
I never asked your office to say anything to my insurance that is yet another lie - I did not ask you for anything except the breakdown, which you took ages to get and only after I put up this review. Prior to that you were ignoring me. I did not even know my insurance spoke to until 2 days after when the claim was rejected.
Once again you have gotten caught up in your own lies, because you want to hide the fact that you overcharge people. My insurance would have not questioned anything if you rates were in line with the market currently.
I urge to go see you ratings on hello peter and how poor they are. google yourself, you are doing the industry a disservice.
I wonder if you will even honour your 12 month guarantee!!
