Terrible Service. Unreliable, Messy, and Unsafe!

I contacted Garage Door Repairs 24/7, Reg No. ***, 1177 Leader Avenue, Stormhill. They go by various different names linked to the same address it seems. After finding them on Google, as my roller door motor had stopped working and needed urgent repairs. As an 83 year old woman living alone, I needed a prompt and reliable service.

Unfortunately, they kept moving the appointment multiple times and eventually showed up a day later than promised. They stripped the door, took the motor and receiver away, saying it needed to be overhauled. A couple of days later, they returned and installed it but left my roller door and floor covered in grease.

To make matters worse, they cut an electrical wire and rejoined it with sellotape, which is completely unsafe and unacceptable!

I called them immediately to request that they come back and clean up their mess, and they promised to return. It has now been a month, and I have never heard from them again.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and downright dangerous! I do not recommend this company to anyone.
