Poor service and unprofessional conduct.

We used Garage Door Repairs 247 for assistance with our garage motor. They collected the motor on the 20th of May, and after we declined their quote, we paid the call-out fee as they required and requested the motor to be returned. As of today, it still has not been returned.

We followed up numerous times, and each response came with a different excuse — fully booked schedules, a vehicle accident, and even that the technician who collected the motor no longer works there. Calls were ignored, messages went unanswered or delayed, and there was zero urgency or accountability.

We’ve been left without a functioning garage for over two weeks, with no sign of resolution. The service we received was careless, frustrating, and entirely unprofessional.

I strongly do not recommend this company. Proceed with caution if you're considering using their services.
