Shocking Service

I requested a quote to repair my garage door on 21 Oct 20 at 07:12. I very quickly received a sms and an email confirming that my request was received and that I will be contacted by Damel doors. When I escalated this pathetic service, their respons to me was that I should phone Damel doors. Then why use the website and why use Damel doors. Clearly there is no service to rate. My advice: use another supplier. One that has client care as a core value.
