GARAGE DOOR KING WORST SERVICE

The owner Ryan is the biggest disappointment. I was shopping around for garage door, for a few quotes and then went on to look at the reviews of the companies that quoted me. Garage Door King had two complaints, I called Ryan and was impressed that he was the owner and was customer service orientated. He sold himself to me although he was about 700 bucks more expensive. I went with him. We made a mutual booking for 1pm for Friday the 30th. It was month end and I work in retail as a manager. I managed to get some time to come home to get the installation done. I then sent him a message just before 1 asking how far his team is. He responded at 1:15 saying they on the way. At 2pm they still not here, I try calling him and he does not answer, I messaged him and he responded that they in the way and his mother was in an accident and he could not talk. Being emphasized I just waited, not close to 3pm, still no one pitched. I called and he said they on the way again. They finally installed the door. Taking off a well insulated door( replaced the door because the top had crumbled and could not close) the guys then put on the new door. I noticed all sides of the door had about a 2cm gap. I then called him and he said the sealing on the door was not covered for on the quote and would be an additional cost. He said it would be R150 per side. I asked when can he install as the dust was entering the garage due to the gap. I now sent him an email to voice my dissatisfaction in his service and he responded with some bull again. I the. Asked when will he install and he takes two days to respond, and when he wanted my business he responded within an hour or two, he said when they in the area they will come install, continuous emails to him and no response as yet. My garage is dusty and he cares about.

DO NOT SUPPORT RYAN AS HE DOES NIT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS.
