Garage door motor repairers

Phoned twice in early December to get technician to check on garage door motor. 1st time left voicemail. no reply. 2nd time person who answered said they were busy but took details and said they would contact next day. Still waiting to hear from them. Meantime new motor installed by another company and working just fine.
