Useless GapCover

This is the worst gap cover. I went to Emergency in my Network hospital - Netcare Alberton where the Emergency doctors are apparently not part of the network doctors. My medical aid did not cover it as it is not a network doctor (this is beyond my control as I went to a Network hospital). Now Gapcare refuses to cover it because my medical aid rejected it...what is the use of gapcover if not covering me for unforseen shortfalls that my medical aid is not.covering in hospital? Also I have sent ALL relevant statements and detailed statements twice already and they keep coming back asking for paperwork that was included.in the claim in the first place and also subsequent email, everytime.they ask for a different one they have already received. I would not recommend this cover...stay away, I have never had these problems on my previous gapcover...also thank you Gapcare as your poor service on this and handling of this have put me off NETCARE altogether
