Not sensitive to an accident victim.

Got involved in an accident at corner Kinfauns and Harthon, Sydenham JHB, at around 3pm on 18 May,2015. Two Gap men came and I remember being harassed by one for my name. I was on the phone with my insurance. There was no sensitivity to wards victims like my self.. this one Gap men was nasty.. I feel maybe more training is needed in that area..
