Great salesman with no follow through.. Disillusioned customer..

Great salesman, promises the earth, jovial and friendly, never bothers to bring a pen and paper to a client meeting. Samples not according to first brief, repeatedly following up on outstanding work. Sends draws for work not completed and then haggles and delays work until you pay to get the job done. Contract deadline was 31 March, we are not even close to finished and he wont answer calls, does not give completion dates and gives excuses at every turn.
