Money making ****

I took out a Gap Cover for medical aid purposes and have put in a claim. For many times I followed it up and 1st they said it takes 2 weeks for approval. After 6 months of waiting and following up with no clear answer the only feedback was they have a backlog?? Stay way from them!!!?!! They are taking peoples money and 0 service is given in return
