FIXING MY GI ZA

We bought a Giza from company called gap giza in Rundburg we have been told that its got a warranty of 5 years but now our giza is leaking we called them spoke to Robert firstly he gave us an attitude then he also told me that he wont fix it because the person who put that giza was not qualified to do that job because he didn t put it the way it was supposed to be but now my question is the lady doesnt know anything about gizas as long as it working but now its leaking she cant get help that company its selling good things but their service its terreble very poor and their staff members from Rundburg branch got bad attitude the only thing that we need from them is to come fix their giza as they promise us when we buy from them
