Gap Geyser Leak/Burst

I bought a 150lt Gap Geyser in Oct 2016 from K Carrim in Boom Street, my geyser started leaking on Tuesday 3 September 2019. I contacted K Carrim and I was informed that there's a 5 year warranty on the geyser and I must send pictures of the geyser and safety velve. I send the pictures through to Zahid at K Carrim and he contacted Gap. A guy named Robert contacted me and said they will send somebody to come and check out the problem and that the claim was approved. I was later contacted by a guy called Fabion who was send by Gap to replace the geyser to ask if there was anybody at home who can show him the geyser. He later called me and was so unclear I couldn't really understand what he was talking about but I could here him saying something about a pipe. He told me that I must buy a new geyser Gap won't install a new 1. The geyser started leaking at night and my fiancee disconnected the pipes coz the water could demage the property and furniture in the house as it was in a passage close to my bedroom and sitting room. Don't know if that was the reason the said they not gonna install a new geyser but my question is What does the pipes have to do with the geyser leaking coz apparentley the geyser has a crack and they telling me about a pipe not being connected properly. My friend was the 1 to tell me to buy a Gap geyser coz they have the best service but clearly not for me.I'm very disappointed in Gap, what's the use of giving people 5 years guarantee on a geyser but you tell them about a pipe, the problem is the geyser not the pipe. Nobody from the Gap had the decency to contact me and explain what is the problem and why they won't install new geyser. I'm a the only working person in my household working buying another geyser will land me in more debt than I already have and I can't afford that so today I'm pleading with Hello Peter for a solution coz I really can't afford another geyser and being without hot water is very inconvinient I need a solution since my kettle also gave in and I don't have other means of getting hot water in the morning to get ready for work and my kids to get ready for school. I'm very stressed coz that will cause a major setback in my finances and as it is I'm struggling to get by each month with just 1 salary and no extra income.
