UNHAPPY SANLAM GAP CUSTOMER

Sanlam prides itself that the Gap Cover settles within 7 to 10 working days. Well that is not happening at all with my claims. It has been lying with them for 23 days and every time the consultant just says there is a backlog and the claims are registered....with no progress.... i am so upset as i am haunted by service providers waiting for payment... and all i can say is its with Sanlam Gap or try to duck a dive them like a ********... Can someone with authority at Sanlam Gap pls help me to get these claims settled.
