WHAT A BUNCH OF ******* !

Originally, when cover was taken I was never informed that only in-hospital claims will be paid - to date I have not received any policy information, terms & conditions etc. I cancelled my policy on the 04th March 2015 12:07 and confirmed that there would not be any further debit orders from my account. Guess what happened the 01st April ? Another debit order, but they were kind enough to change the description. I am furious as they have ****** my money for absolutely no service ! They are impossible to get hold of. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A PARASITE YOU WILL NOT GET RID OF
