Disservice
I filed a claim with Gap Aid in February 2015. Gap Aid did not respond.. I called Gap Aid in March 2015, spoke to Alicia she advised me to resend the claim. Still no respond. I then cancel the policy. I requested legal assistance. The legal adviser contacted them today. Gap Aid said they received my cancellation but not my claim and that my claim falls away because I cancelled my policy. Check the policy document and found that the policy document state that I can still claim. This is dishonesty. Happy to take money, reluctant to provide services.

Client had sent through claims documentation to the incorrect email address. T&Cs have been explained to client. This issue to date has been resolved.
