Gap-Aid and their lies

I submitted my claim on 17 June 2015 with Gap-Aid medical aid gap-cover, for a procedure I had on 17 April 2015. Up to date, my claim still hasn't been settled and now they are looking for all sorts of excuses why they cannot pay out my claim as they now reckon I had a pre-existing procedure done. (Which of course I haven't). I submitted all relevant documents in time, but I have to contact them to find out what is happening with my claim. They make promises of phoning back which just never happen. They have tried to contact me according to them but never left a voice message so that I can phone back. My premiums suddenly went up without me being informed. I am just going to cancel my cover as this has cost me a lot of unnecessary money and I still have to pay the service providers. I am just disappointed in this company and want to warn future clients.
