quite disappointed with the delivery experience

I recently purchased 4 units of Deye 16kW Hybrid Inverters from Gaotechenergysolar, and while I had high hopes for a smooth transaction, I was quite disappointed with the delivery experience. The invoice clearly stated that delivery would be completed within 2 working days, but unfortunately, the inverters were only delivered after 7 days. This delay not only caused significant inconvenience but also negatively impacted my relationship with my own clients, as I was unable to meet the agreed-upon timelines. As a business that relies on punctuality and professionalism, this delay has been frustrating and has reflected poorly on my service. the lack of timely delivery and poor communication regarding the delay has left me dissatisfied. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves their logistics and customer communication moving forward.
