Im generally satisfied with the overall experience. I must commend Gaotech Solar Energy for their competitive pricing and the quality of the equipment they supply. The lithium batteries and hybrid inverters they offer are top-notch, and I’m confident in the performance and efficiency of the system. The installation process itself went smoothly, and everything was professionally handled.

On the other end, The after-sale support has been lacking, as it took longer than expected to get responses to my queries. I was hoping for more proactive communication, especially considering the significant investment in the system. Additionally, the delivery time for the equipment was much longer than anticipated, which delayed the entire project and caused some frustration.
