Dirty house and mouldy shower, what a disgrace

So we're booked in at Ganzekraal Resort, West Coast. When we moved in, the house was dirty with dirty linen on the double bed. The shower is so mouldy you don't even want go near it.<br> When I went to Reception the next morning to ask to be moved due to the fact that we have small kids and we could not even use the shower, the lady at the front office said that she accidently gave us the wrong house keys hence the house was still dirty. She also said that we have to move over to the other house we rented after 2PM for them to come and clean the house. OK, we understand that she gave us the wrong keys, however even if u use a hole bottle of Jik in that shower, the mould will still be there. <br> The shower is wooden with no tiles, whereas the house we had previously rented had a tiled shower. We all know what happens to wet wood.<br> When asked if we can move, we were told its fully booked and that was our responsibility to come on the same day to inform them that the house was dirty. Shouldn't she then have sent cleaners to clean as soon as she realized her mistake or early the next morning? Rather than to accommodate us, they inconvenienced us by asking us to move back and forth!!
