Terrible Service

Send my lounge set to them for reupholstering on 25/01/2016. They promised me that it we take 2 weeks to finish it. On 03/02/2016 I send whatsapp, asking how far they are. She rep**** that they did not started yet, due to factory that was out of stock with fabric. Fabric only arrived on the 11/02/2016. On the 15/02/2016 she told me that my coaches will be delivered on 19/02/2016 at 10:30. On the 19th at 11:50, I asked her where my coaches where. She rep**** the whole day with excuses. Coaches was finally delivered on 22/02/2016 at 21:30, but my wood was scratch and it was not done the way I've asked and terrible work. Send it back on 23/02/2016. She promised that I will get it back on the 26th. Than on the 26th that I will get it on the 1/03/2016. I did a surprised visit on the1st, only to find out that they haven't done much and that my wood was even scratch more. Told her that they must hurry, I want my coaches on the 4th. I did a surprised visit again on the 3rd, only to find out that no work was done between the 1st and 3rd. She wasn't there and I told her staff what I want and I really need my coaches, cause they got it now for 7 weeks and we sit on floor. STILL NO COACHES!
