Superspar doesnt care about customer service

Today on Sunday 06 March 2022 my wife recieved the most pathetic service i have ever heard of from the manager at this Spar.The shop closing time is 3 o'clock on a sunday and she entered the shop shortly before 3 so when the doors closed she was still busy doing shopping.Now in my experience in such a situation the business is obligated to assist and wait for the last customer to finish with their grocery shopping,seeing as this is the life line and income of the store.But in this case nit onlu could this arrogant **** of a manager not bother to show curtesy,but the arrogant ******* actually came up to her and insisted that she go to the tills and finish up.She then pleaded with him that she only need to get meat and coke and she was done... but he forcefully insisted that they would not waste any time waiting for her for 5 more minutes and she had to go pay immediately.This is absolutely pathetic treatment... and for what... to leave the shop 5min earlier???i will now never again reccomend spar to anyone and tell anyone prepared to listen about this horrid treatment.If this is how Spar treats their customers then we should all just boycott them and go to picknpay or checkers where you can atleast exoect to be treated with dignity
