arrogant & careless owner of shuttle service

I have walked passed he's business and have had problems with his two dogs going after me. Now whenever I see them as I walk by I have to shout "go away" for fear they might charge at me again. I have tried to complian to valdo, *** the owner of the business. I was so disgusted by his response he said that I'm very selfish to not allow his dogs to wander outside his premises and that I should be on a leesh and that I must never walk in his street again. I should also take my complaint to law enforcement. A owner of a business like this should treat a potential customer a lot better!
