Gansbaai Gas is a bad choice

They came to our house to do repairs in order to issue a Gas Compliance Certificate. They used our kitchen utensils (knives and forks) and our kitchen scissors to do the repairs as they were too lazy to walk back to their bakkie to get their tools. When my husband objected they just laughed at us. We took the right approach by complaining to the estate agents who were handling the arrangement. The Agent said they took it up with the owners - but we never heard anything back. I put a review up on Gansbaai facebook page, because we were upset. This turned into a personal attack by the owner and his friends, instead of an apology for what happened. Seriously I would stay away from this company at all costs and will certainly not be using them in the future. Nor will i be recommending them to anyone. Clearly they have no business ethics.
