My Furniture came home sad and broken

<p> </p> <p>After 57 calls, 5 committed delivery dates, mismatched stories telling me on Wednesday the 5th of July that my stuff looks nice and it will be delivered Friday, then later Friday, then after work, then Saturday, then Tuesday 11/07/2017, and not one form of communication since, no answer on calls. I was now put in an unfortunate position to have to go to the police as this has become a theft case, when someone has my property, and my money without intention of returning it in the condition that I am paying for. I have in my life never heard so many stories and lies, and cannot stand such dishonest business. My furniture was finally delivered at 6 this morning. And has clearly been outside on a bakkie the whole night, it has pulled apart at the seams and gotten water damage, the finish is blotchy and the new knobs I bought were returned to me broken. To top it off, I put my coffee cup on my side table, and when I picked it up a minute later, it was stuck to the paint, and I now have a cup ring on my fresh paint. I made it clear I was not In a hurry, and to do it properly and not transport my furniture in damp weather. And it is now damaged beyond repair.</p>
