DAMAGED VALVES CAUSED BY THEM IS MY FAULT!

Two vehicles was taken to Gani's at Witbank to change tyres from one to the other. Upon returning home, I noticed the front driver side wheel was totally flat and two other tyres was going flat as well. My husband then used the car's air pump in order to make it back to Gani's. There he was informed that the valves was damaged due to the pressure they had used to balance and align the tyres on the Honda. So, before today the same tyres was good enough with no problems as we have traveled to Piet Retief, Secunda Ermelo and Standerton just the week before. I was informed that we have to pay for the new valves, which is not an issue at all, but your safety definitely means nothing to them! The manager told me straight that they don't test your tyres when changing it, but we paid in full for the services. Their responsibilities are dumped on the client! I left there under the impression that my vehicle is safe! What a joke!!! Can't trust them at all!! Seems they are *********** and does not know the meaning of safety first for their clients! Another time they fitted 3 new 165 13 tyres and1 155 13 tyre! Went back and was told it was a mistake!!!!
