Incomplete service

I paid for a service 2 months ago, received an incorrect report as I first was told that I had damage and was given a quote of R48k to repair, then to be told there isn't any damage. As there was confusion on their side and on my insistence, the investigation was then carried out again a week ago, but I still have no results or no report.
