Ganga Plumbers such a disappointment!

Ganga Plumbers must take the award for being the least likely to be able to solve a plumbing problem. We have a serious issue with blocked pipes in a block of flats in Durban and they were asked to come up with a solution. They were able to say the pipes were blocked, which is hardly surprising but nothing else. No matter the constant requests over the last 5 months for how to fix the problem, they simply ignore all emails and calls. What terrible customer service. What does one have to do to find a reliable and capable plumber to tackle difficult jobs? Certainly we expected more from Ganga - but they do not measure up.
