Beware service providers!

As a service provider be cautious engaging with Gamwave SA in providing any professional service. When you fail a third party Quality System Audit it is much easier making the service provider the scapegoat instead of admitting management's own incompetence to be the cause. You then use bully-boy tactics not to pay them for warning them that their systems are not compliant and that they will not pass an audit. Rather stick with bigger, ethical and better established companies who are serious about quality and have the maturity to see quality systems as an investment in customer delight, and not a necessary nuisance to keep that certificate on the wall.
