Blatant lying / dishonest

Hi – I please need urgent help with this – Got a Replay 10 - good groups till a hairline in the scope shifts and the groups falls by 10cm - ant then groups good there till it automatically moves again. after over a week of troubleshooting and communicating with Dion and Ugi nothing was solved Got advise like, it must be cold, i must be a bad shot, using wrong ammo, dont know how to adjust a scope, etc everytime I speak to them there is a different reason of how stupid I am. - using great attitude and lying themselves into a corner Ugi even told me -send back the rifle " I promise u that northing is wrong with it, U dont know how to adjust a scope" - decided that nothing will be wrong long before the rifle was in their care again the rifle went back to them to have a look - no fault found after a week of testing at 15meters.... everyday different answers is also given in terms of ammo used etc now at this stage ignoring me flat, I paid yet again for my rifle to be shipped back to me. shooting at 15meters it is now shooting 20\25cm high after they mounted the scope and sent it back already assembled- the scope is not able to adjust 20cm (4moa per inch at 100yards, that is 4clicks x 8inches elevation x 6 times to adjust for 90meter range) that is 192 clics to zero at 15 meters - i only have 50clicks left as received.... meaning it was NEVER shot at this distance but at 5meters. shimming is easy but shows yet another lie to accompany all the rest like my rifle shooting at 780fps through the chrono one day and 650fps the next.... never do business with this people, lying and cheating their customers to to sell a rifle
