Jetmaster and Gammid fail to deliver

Gammid Cape is the Cape Town based agent for Jetmaster, situated at 87 Bofors Circle, Epping. I ordered AND PAID FOR a Jetmaster braai tray and door more than a month ago, on 26 January 2018. Since then, I have had the runaround from the agent dealing with it, Tim Brock. He cannot tell me if and when it will be delivered, claiming that "they are moving" and that somehow impacts on their failure to deliver.
