<p>On 12 Jan 2017, after waiting for Vodacom Vaal Mall to forward my complaint of defect screen protectors to Gammatek, I searched the web and found Gammatek myself. I emailed them and explained my problem. Mr Anthony Dayaram responded within hours and undertook to forward the case to his representative. Mr Scott contacted me today and the protectors were swapped out without any hassels. Mr Scott even asked that we would keep him informed on the status of the new protectors going forward.
