Worst customer service!!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever recieved. Wasnt told that the Xbox Controller was generic, bought the real controller on Takealot for the exact same price as the non-real controller. Tried to return the controller that hasnt been opened at all. Was told its company policy that they cant accept returns. No Returns No Exchange sign is hidden behind a box that cannot be seen by anyone unless told where to look. We try support the small guys but end up getting messed around. I do not recommend this store at all. Rather go to your bigger guys where you'll be taken care of as a customer. Gamexchange DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!!
