Initial clerk that assisted with booking in gaming console for repairs said it would take 1 1/2 weeks to repair and cost R650.00. When I phoned them a week and a half later to query if I can collect, spoke to Aroon, owner, he said I must wait 4-5 weeks and that I am wrong for thinking it would be sooner. He then proceeded to tell me that I must accept a swop out if not prepared to wait at triple the repair cost which he also denied with an excuse of “you were helped by my driver, he does not know timing of repairs or pricing”. When I asked how does he allow his driver to book in consoles for repairs and issue receipts he said I must rather collect machine as he can see I am difficult and proceeded to cut the call.
