GamesCard.net ripped me off my money and refused to refund upon me being unhappy with purchase!??

I bought the latest Call of duty 7 with them. Couldn't install on my PS5. Asked for my refund and the sent me from pillar to posts with how I should remove my account and put theirs and all that jazz. At the end of it, they were so rude and did not refund my money as I wasn't happy with their service. Don't buy their games, you'll regret it. Waste of time and money. Rather pay the full price from reputable stores, especially as a South African.
