Games R Us

Today I went to Games R Us, actually changed to Games and Gizmos now, they are in meyersdal mall, first I phoned in to ask how their trade system works and what they accept for trade. So as per their “okay” I brought in 7 ps2 games, 5 ps2 remotes, a ps2 console and 4 PS3 games, when I get there I get told that they will give me R500 for everything, then they say no they don’t accept the ps2 console or remotes without the power cable which they failed to mention over the phone so the price changed to R300. So I looked around the store seeing what game I could take for that amount, I saw GTA V but there was no price tag, I saw they had the same game on PS3 for R199.99 but I wanted the PS4 version, I asked guy who was helping me how much is the game on PS4 and he told me R400, so I asked can’t they offer me an extra 100 so I can get the game, they said no, with no negotiations...so I left and drove all the way to the cash crusaders and the glen to trade in some old games to the value of R400 specifically so I can go back to Games and Gizmos to get GTA V PS4, when I arrive back at games and gizmos I asked for the game and then I’m told no it’s R799.99, baring in mind no price tags are on the game. So I spoke to the manger and told him what had happened and the employee that helped me had such and attitude saying that I as the customer am a ****. Why would I drive and go get the exact amount and come back the same day to buy the game if I was lying???? I will never go back to this store because clearly no one knows what’s going on. And customers get told they are *****.
