Game r us meyersdale owners rudeness

<p>On the 21.06.16 I went into the games r us store at meyersdale shopping centre. I purchases the game "call of duty advanced warfare day zero edition" second hand, the game was marked at r599 but seeing as ALL THEIR GAMES ARE ON SALE I paid r450 for the game. When I got home my mom had already bought me the game. So I returned to games r us today the 22.06.16 to return the game. I initially wanted to get a ps3 controller with the in-store credit and pay the difference. The owner had to be called in to authorize this exchange. When he got there he was speaking to me rudely with an arrogant tone in his voice. He wanted to give me 50% trade in value for the game. We were not trading in the game we were returning it. After some debate I decided to take another game. It was "army of two" so he proceeded to ring up the game and said we had a 175 difference to pay in. The game was marked at r399 and seeing as all the game are on sale it doesn't add up. I then asked him if the game isn't on sale his reply was "not this one" he then asked me if i wanted to do a clean swap call of duty for the army of two. frustrated and ready to walk out I just agreed. The owner of games r us in Meyersdal conned me out of over r50.00 considering I paid r450 for call of duty. And army of two was only marked at r399 and still needed to be marked down because of the sale. </p> <p> </p> <p>I actually didn't have a problem with "trading the game in" but because I got such arrogant behaviour and **** service from the owner I argued with him about trade in price.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's safe to say I will never go back to that store or any of the games r us stores. *****ing r50 from your customer is never a good way to get them to return to your store. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
