Horrible experiance. They ***** your money.

Very disappointing experience. I took my console in to have it repaired on a Monday. The person told me after I had paid the fee to have the console inspected, that the console will only be collected on Sunday to be inspected. They gave me a very high quote. I went back the Tuesday and asked for my console back and my money back. I was told that if I came on Monday they would have been able to refund the fee to my credit card but since I came the very next day they cannot refund me. I asked to speak to the manager. The person helping me called the manager several times and he refused to speak to me and told the person helping me that I could not get a refund. The console had not been collected to check what the problem was so there was no services rendered. I took my console and left without my money. I found a great place that quoted me less than half of their fee and it was fixed within 3 hours. I will never support this company again and need to make others aware of this horrible place. Since I had this issue I now see that there is a new board up, 'no refund board but only instore credit'. This was not offered to me. I had several dealings with them in the past and they always say they will call you back. In all the time I have dealt with them I am still waiting for them to give me a single call.
