Got ****med by false advertising

They ****med me. Bought a game of theirs on G2A called The SIms 4 Horse Ranch. When i activated it , it was something else called The Sims Rockin' Rancher digital content. Total false advertising. The thing they gave me is worth 1/10th the price that I paid for and I can't use it. They refused to give me a refund or exchange. It's not alright.
