Rudeness and ******ion of clients

Game of life have absolutely no idea how to treat their customers, but are more than will to take their money every month via debit order. They have tried to get extra money out of my family after paying in full upfront. The family were booked in a 5 bedroom house in Zimbali estate as a GoL member. The booking form and T&C's specifically stipulate that you must provide all details, including copies of ID's, for all guests 16 years and older. GoL were informed, as per booking form, that the guest party was made up of 7 adults, ID's were provided, and 6 small children all under 9 (one 9yrs, two 6yrs and two 5yrs and a 2 yr old). Then on the final day, day 6 of 7 into the week booked (the day before check out) Game of Life try to get the guest to pay an additional R14,000 claiming there were extra people they were not aware of; i.e the children. The house is booked on a rate "for the house" per day...not per person in the house. The consultant called Paige then has the nerve to claim that the booking was always a per person booking. When one looks at the booking form it only states specify all guests 16 years or older. Paige is trying to ****** an additional R14,000 out of the guests on their last day of the booking.
