Game BelaBela Failed to Fix My Laptop

I went to game to buy a laptop then it have me problems I didn't have time to take it back the last day of the warranty I went there I got told stories that the day it reaches the manufacturer it will be out of warranty but the funny part is it reached game BelaBela in time .The managers there don't know what to do coz the guy who fixes the computer is the one that controls them .Then the guy refused to fix it he wanted money ,when I took it there in December and I was ready to pay the computer came back claiming it was fixed when no one touched it and my main problem was battery and that they never installed the VOLUME drives in the computer .I purchased the laptop for 4500 please give me my money back
