Extremely annoyed

I'm not sure how I was subscribed to gameloft but I am.I sent an email to cancel of which they refunded my airtime but I keep receiving a sms stating that I am still subscribed.every time I sent an email to them I get no response and every time I load airtime it gets deducted.
