Zero Service - Game Store Makhado

The worst service ever. Mr Isaac Muswubi is failing clients as the manager. I waited 30 minutes in the returns counter because the cashier was on lunch. I was second on the queue and the person that came before me was complaining about being therefor long. The workers inside the shop are not doing anything. They're just standing in groups and discussing gossip. The store manager Mr Grant Phillipson was no where to be found.
