Zero Quality and Zero Customer Service
Bought a Sinotec 43 inch TV with game on 25th November 2016 with a five year warranty. Yesterday night 01/10/2020 the TV stopped working again after I sent it back for repairs on 30/06/2020. This is now the fourth time I have to return the TV to the store after it was fixed already 3 times with the same issue, sound but no pictures. What's frustrating is that I told them they keep fixing it for a short period of time and time and again I have to return it for it to be fixed, that is an inconvenience to me as I already paid my monthly dstv subscription. Imagine all the time I have spend already without a TV when it was in for repairs as there were times it exceeded the 20 days period, worse I have to take this poor quality product of theirs at my expenses time and time again. I am very disappointed with game, their products, workmanship service and overall customer service.
Thank you for taking my call.
I'm sorry about the experience and service you have received from our store.
As discussed over the phone, I will escalate this matter for you and they will get back to you.
Thank you.

Thank you for the call and assistance, though I wasn't expecting the game people in Kimberley to revert back to me, that store needs a staff overhaul, that is purely coming from someone who manged both at KFC and Brandmania. At Both stores you have only 48 hours to resolve the issue if there was a complaint.
Anyway moving on from that, today its Sunday and I am still without a TV because apparently everyday when we call, the TV system is offline. I mean since Thursday and the store manager is not even bothered to have the matter attended to as the store hasn't made any TV sales since Thursday. When I spoke to the head office people they indicated the issue would be fixed the same day and that was Saturday. I mean they said not all stores are offline, how about the Kimberley team find a store that is online to verify the details as we do have an up to date TV license, I mean it's just a verification paper they need to give us not create a TV license. I mean the wait is beyond frustrating. Waiting for the credit now waiting to purchase the TV. I have really exhausted my patience with the store. From tomorrow I report back to work and I will again be expected to take time off work, another inconvenience. No one at the stores knows when the issue will be attended to, such incompetence.
