Your shining star at Mall at Reds Cellphone deparment - Johannes Legabe

There is a wonderful man called Johannes Legabe who works at Reds Mall Cellphone department. He takes customer service to the next level. Having travelled for years, I can say South Africa has a long way to go with regards to customer service. Johannes defies the norm. He is thorough, persistent and amazing to deal with. 3 years ago I dealt with him and now again. I specifically deal with him as I know that he will make more than half an effort to make the experience a positive one. Game has had a superstar working for them for years now and I can only hope that they understand the value they have. His customer s****s are definitely up there on an international level. He is just an amazingly nice, kind, and above all attentive person. The many Game staff could learn a lesson or a 100 from him. If Game had staff like him, people would pay that extra to enjoy a customer level that we as South African's should expect. 10 Stars for this man.
