Your service sucks

I purchased some pool patches ,Wanted it so bad cause it was my kids bdays and I only found it online at game,After calling to find out when it will be delivered they said a week later .And I found some patches at another store.i canceled my order with Game online .They said your money will reflect within 3 days .it's a week now and not a single dime. I've emailed 10,000 times noone gets back to me ,I sent an inbox on Facebook I was told when the shop receives the goods I will get a refund *** please contact me as your.service is pathetic
