Your online service and customer service centre sucks

Your service sucks, Felicia is sleeping on my order as per your call centre. Pure nonsense service, my order was supposed to be delivered 2 May purchase done 25 April but no phone call no nothing. It was my son’s birthday gift and I didn’t even have an estimate time as to when I will get his phone. You know when to text when money is paid but after that I must just go fly a kite tell that Felicia to release my order . I want those phones, I don’t understand what difficult about dialing my number just a courtesy call to a paying customer. Your call centre they keep putting me on hold and not saying hanging up on me. you ask for manager then they hang upon you so useless
