Your Accounting System doesn't work very well

I got an sms in January to say that my Game payment hasn't been received yet which really confused me as I have created an automatic scheduled payment of R395 on a monthly basis which goes off on the 27th. So on the 27th of December the payment went off but it was short paid by R73,38. I didn't get any communication to say I short paid, instead I got an sms to say that I needed to pay R600,49. As I take my credit history very serious I instantaneously made a R600 payment which means I now paid R995.00 in January. I then decided to look at my statement to see what was going on and then realized the R600,49 instalment was only due on 1 February?!! I understand that unfortunately there was a small short payment made of R73,38 which was unintentional but for goodness sake, then tell me that, not what I need to pay the next month?! Also found out that this short payment has now negatively affected my credit record for this R73,38 that I short paid when I ALWAYS pay more than I should, but it says 'MISSED PAYMENT' which is not true! In November I paid R2000 when I was only supposed to pay R2395 when I only had to pay R431 but I don't get an improved credit record for those payments! And don't ask me for the next month's payment in the previous month?! Tell me that I have short paid and I will immediately pay the arrears.
