You'll never get a refund

Last week Monday I made the mistake of using Game Stores online. I Immediately realised that I'd purchased the incorrect product and decided to cancel my other though the call centre and then the problems began.

I was told that the person who cancels the orders was on leave. So the cancellation took 4 days

I've now been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a refund.....
