You messed my credit record with your incompetence

Game do not start with me! Not today. In Dec you failed to process your debit order. Causing my acc to be in arrears. You harrass me with countless SMS's to pay up and I called your call centre i Jan (Ref. ********** 00926) to clarify this and I was told the debit order was not processed because I qualified for a "free month" in Dec. my acc will be adjusted. As if that wasn't enough, this weekend I tried to open an account and was declined because my Transunion credit check reflected my Game acc is in arrears. Now I am ****ed the hell off! You've messed with my credit record. You *****ed this up Game, now I expect you to fix this no later than today (Ref. ********** 00149).
