You guys are playing me

You people are just too pathetic and useless after I have made things easy for you you still F up. I order a phone online received email confirmation of order and money deducted from my bank. 45 minutes later receive another email stating order failed, how why with my money deducted. Called your call center was told that there is nothing they can do I must send bank statement as proof so they can process refund after 7 day. WOW. I went to the Greenacres store to enquiry about this I was given a run around and still awaiting a call from manager still Friday, I saw this was not going to be resolved there and then and I bought the phone cash at store.

Today I received a call confirming if a received an email regarding my package pick did not at the time but did as the day progresses stating it is going to be delivered. Now 3 different people were emailing me with different info the other one even wentcand cancel order. I called call centre again to tell them I am not canceling they need to deliver because I'm tired of this nonsense. Now that I'm tracking order saying delivery is in P.E now I checked it's back to sender I don't know what the f#ck up is going on.
